Arusha Victory School (AVS) comprises pre-school and primary school, provides education to students from targeted middle class families in Arusha, Tanzania. The school was registered in September 2011 by the Tanzania government under registration JA/259/287/736/19 to provide kindergarten and primary education.
AVS is located in Arusha Region at Arusha Town District two kilometers from Arusha city center. Since 2011 Arusha Victory School have been gradually expanding and as of now the school enrolls 200 in Nursery and 300 in Primary. In terms of staff AVS employs 30 Teachers, Administrative and Support staff.
The education provided in Arusha Victory School concurs and is in line with the National Education policies and/or National Education Act, The Big Result Now and the Millenium Development Goals (MDG) aimed at elevating Tanzania to middle income countries by eradicating poverty and illiteracy.

Arusha Victory School's role is to help young children come into confident possession of his innate talents, improve the skills needed for success in primary school, and establish values that will allow him to act with thoughtfulness and humanity.

Our school promotes a safe, orderly, caring, and supportive environment where each student's self-esteem is fostered by positive relationships with students and staff.
To offer quality education that intends to develop young Tanzanians to become critical, self-reliant/reflective and who value humanity and respect national values.
To inspire and equip them with leadership skills that will help them become productive citizens and future leaders of Tanzania.
The school Committee manages by ensuring proper development is achieved. The day to day activities is managed by the Head Teacher. The School Manager monitors to ensure the effective implementation and supervision of teaching, learning process and other administrative issues.
